Alan and team were professional, helpful and polite. It was not an easy job moving my heavy items up to my apartment on the fourth floor without lift access, but they tackled the task quickly and creatively and took great care of my belongings. Extremely impressed with LS House Movers Singapore in shifting the items from storage space to new house. A 14 foot lorry arrived and led by Ah Yang and two assistants. Sambath, Ye liping, and Ah shui were amazing and really helpful with the move!! Honestly, I didn't expect to have so much crap moved to the new house, but oh well, here we are. I had expected them to be stroppy when I realised there's more items than anticipated, but they were really kind and understanding about it. I had 2 cats with me too, and they were really gentle with my furboys. Their boss, Cheng was also such a delight to liaise with. Extremely transparent and friendly. Too bad he was not feeling well as I'd love to have put a face on the exceptional service communicated via WhatsApp. The team were really gentle with my things and I am SO GLAD that I had them as my movers. The rate was reasonable and I HIGHLY recommend them for your move. They do provide boxes at a small price, and half refunded upon return. Packing items such as bubble wrap, tape, newspaper wrap are all provided in advance. Had an excellent experience with LS Movers, the team — Yang, Yu Long & Zhuo Lang — were efficient & extremely careful with all my furniture, ensuring nothing was damaged. All the staff clearly know their work very well & also familiar with my condo management’s procedures from past experience, which is a big plus given how challenging the management can be. LS House Movers were super efficient and helpful. I managed to arrange my delivery date in less than a week. The whole process was incredibly smooth. They immediately sent boxes, tape, bubble wrap and labels for easy packing. The actual move itself was also so quick - loading and unloading were done in less than 20 min each. Huge thanks to Boss Cheng and his amazing team! This was my first time moving house, and honestly, I was a total newbie—really anxious after hearing stories from friends about movers who overcharge or handle things carelessly. But right from the first phone call, Boss Cheng gave me peace of mind. He assured me not to worry and promised they would take care of all the big and complex items. For any smaller leftover items that couldn’t fit into one lorry, he said I could shift them myself if needed—and that they would arrange everything neatly for me. Come moving day, they exceeded expectations. They managed to fit nearly all my big and small items into a single lorry trip! Even better, the team was super accommodating—helping me move some existing old furniture in the new place either out of the house or into the storeroom. Had a positive experience with LS house Movers. Cheng had been very responsive and helpful throughout the pre, actual and post move process. He made sure everything was easier and less stressful for us whenever he could. Moving team were fast, efficient and coordinated. Be warned - they are very fast in their process. They even helped me box up/ wrap pack items I hadn't managed to put into boxes! Team was helpful, focused and exercised care when carrying the items/ boxes. Found one of my wall bookshelf could not fit the lift - the team took it apart and reassemble at my new place. My storage bed that was to be taken apart had screw heads that no longer had drill grooves - the team spent more than an hour trying to work around it.. which they did. With all the "surprises", the team pushed on till past 7.30pm to complete the job 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 There were several hiccups but Cheng and team availed to rectify most of the issues. My biggest gripe -> Size of boxes. The dimensions of boxes provided were not high nor wide enough for larger kitchen appliances, photo albums, clothes on hangers, etc.. Engaged LS House Movers to help me move my house about 2 weeks ago. I am very satisfied with the overall experience. LS is very responsive and friendly.  The workers are very punctual on the day of move itself.  The packers are very experienced and quick in wrapping up the furniture properly for protection. The movers took great care to avoid damage. And at the destination house, stack up all the boxes with great care and thoughtfulness.  As the weather didn’t hold and started raining. They worked through the rain to avoid further delay (it was already passed 8pm). And despite that the furniture and boxes are all very dry - proof they took good care, as if their own property. They packed well and, the best part is that they didn't even roll their trolleys into my new home (compared to movers from another service I used previously). Cheng was very responsive and straight to the point, which was very much appreciated Price was very reasonable as I did some comparisons too with 3-4 other companies On the day of the move, everything went smoothly and efficiently. There were two movers who made sure all my boxes and anything else I had were well secured before loading them up. Had a great moving experience with LS - we moved about 10+ boxes of items and several larger objects (wardrobe, tv etc) and everything was smoothly packed and reached our new place safely with no damage. I found LS Movers online and engaged them for a house move based on the reviews from customers and the ratings given. I was apprehensive as it was my first house move in 20 years. Alan, the Supervisor, arrived promptly with his crew on the day of the move. He reassured me with his professionalism and attention to detail. They were quick and careful when wrapping my furniture and household items for the move, and helpful with suggestions on where to place them at the destination. A stressful day turned into a manageable day thanks to Alan. Pricing-wise, LS is comparable to other professional movers. However, Alan and Yang were not fazed at all and they helped us move everything, even when they allocated lesser time than originally quoted for. Initially i have tried to contact other mover company however the response was not pro as LS mover. I've been directed to engage with Mr.William and he was very detailed and clear regard the quotation. He ensure to me not to worry as his men will assist us during the D-day (moving). Chris, sabbat and two other men was extreamly helpful and calm during the whole process althought have return two trip for our house load. Never ever spit out any frustration when seeing a lot of item to be transfer. They were really professional and taking care of our item/ furniture from any damage.
